We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster Clean of Dryden, Fort Frances and Kenora focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster Clean of Dryden, Fort Frances and Kenora does not do rough clean.
We carry General Liability insurance and Workman Compensation coverage. This is to protect you against damaged property or injury to person while our staff is on your property performing janitorial cleaning services and other commercial cleaning services.
Procedures that are required to prepare the floor can be done with a wet screening and/or wet conditioning pad, thereby reducing dust.
